Over the course of the years the national New Wine Salon has contributed - as unique specific appointment - to valorising the development of awareness and marketing. Almost all producers and all the national supervisory institutes come together in Vicenza for this exhibition, which offers a chance to participate in dèblocage of the first bottle of new wine at a national preview, during the ceremony that follows the traditional gala dinner.
