To provide gold operators with a "Users’ manual for optimisation of organisation": this is the title and the objective of the seminar scheduled for Tuesday 20 May from 9.00 am in the Trissino Room, organised by the Vicenza Fair and Axteria. Enrico Terenzoni, the CEO of Axteria S.p.A. will be speaking at the event.
The aim is to promote awareness and application of logics and tools in order to evaluate and improve the performance of organisations. This has become necessary because entrepreneurs are mainly oriented towards the market and the product and usually undervalue the impact of internal organisation as a critical success factor.
A quick overview will be provided, experience-based and not just theoretic, of the main aspects comprising organisation: the relationship between strategy and organisational structure; how to draw up an organisational structure; the logics for allocation of responsibilities and finally, management and optimisation of competences.
In the afternoon from 3.00 to 5.00 pm, there will be an appointment with “The gold jewellery market in China”, promoted by the Vicenza Fair and the World Gold Council.
